I know AirWatch support Windows 8 tablets. Although I dont use it for W8 tablets, it has worked well for us for our iPhones and iPads

Thanks everyone, Yes agree with @Martin9700 Merkai would be ideal, apart from the limited Win8 support which doesn't support Remote Wipe. I will have test of Mass360 as this does look very promising....
